More About Our TR3 Practice Wood Bat

Details

The TR3 is the lightest of the practice bat series: bats made from 1st quality but lacking the customizable features found in most of our other bats. Practice bats are great for cage work and BP, but still work well for game use. The TR3 is recommended for players that don’t think about hitting home runs and focus on getting on base (singles, and doubles). Typically, this is the 1, 8, or 9-hole hitter. It's shorter barrel and lighter weight (typical of a singles hitter's bat) helps greatly with keeping up your bat speed.

TR3 PRACTICE WOOD BATS STATS:
Barrel: average diameter at 2-1/2", transitions fairly quick for faster swing
Handle: average diameter at 15/16", flares moderately in to knob
Weight: -3 drop (length - drop = ounces). Ex 33" - 3 = 30 ounces
Game Bat Relatives: BB71, JK5, and F110
