Full Product Overview
The TP13 professional player wood baseball bat offers power with more durability than typically found in end-weighted power hitter wood bats.
While identical from the handle on down as our NP13 Popular Game Bat, the TP13 wooden bat differs in that it has a longer barrel. With that longer barrel comes more weight out towards the barrel and thus the classification as a true power hitter bat. But unlike most power hitter wood bats, the TP13 has a moderate diameter barrel, which helps with the durability issues typically seen in end-weighted power hitter wooden baseball bats.
The TP13 handle is fairly straight all the way down the handle area and transitions with a quick flare in to the knob.
TP13 Wood Bat Stats:
Barrel: 2-17/32" larger, longer diameter barrel
Handle: 15/16" average diameter handle
Knob: flares at very end of handle in to enough knob to catch your hand
Weight: -2 drop (length - 2 = weight in ounces)
Comparable competitor model: I13 used by pros
Power hitter who is willing to give up a little barrel diameter for a longer hitting area and more durability.
Player who likes the power bat feel, but wants a longer barrel for more solid contact.
Due to the more limited availability of the wood billets (the tubes of wood we make bats from) to make this bat, we are unable to offer the Phoenix Money Back Guarantee on the TP13 wooden bat.
No matter which Phoenix wood baseball bat you go with, our belief is simple: every player, at every level...not just our pros...deserves a quality wood bat.
