We’re so confident that you’ll become a believer in the Phoenix Bats difference, we’ll give you 10 days after receipt to try your bat. If you’re not satisfied, send it back and we’ll give you your money back or exchange it for a bat you choose (with any difference in price being your responsibility). It’s that simple!
- Valid on one bat per customer and address.
- Applicable on a first run bat purchased directly from Phoenix Bats online, via email, by phone and at Phoenix's plant showroom.
- Clearance bats, being non-returnable and not available for exchange, are not covered under the Risk Free Guarantee.
- Returned bats must be postmarked by the 10th day after delivery. No RMA # is required, however, package must contain order #, name and detailed reason for return (specific issue as to why returning or exchanging). Shipping expense to return the bat to Phoenix is at customer's expense.
- Exchanges must be postmarked by the 10th day after delivery. No RMA # is required, however, package must contain order #, name and detailed reason for exchange (specific reason as to why exchanging). Shipping expense to return the bat to Phoenix is at customer's expense. For an exchange, free standard ground shipping, within the Continental United States, will be provided on new bat selected.
- Refunds equal the price of the bat, less the following: discount(s), special service charges (example: rush production, ink-dot and logo fees), special offer, shipping fee paid or shipping fee absorbed by Phoenix Bats as part of free shipping offer.
- Original form of payment will be used for refund.
- Bats used excessively, as determined by Phoenix Bats, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Broken bats are not eligible for return or exchange, unless due to manufacturer defect.
