Shipping & Delivery
Within the continental United States, transit times for orders, via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery are between 1-5 days. To find out how long a package will take to arrive at your location, please visit FedEx Rate Finder here. The Ship From zip code is 43064. Normal weight for 1 bat is 3 lbs. Add 2 lbs for each additional full size bat. Pickup location is “Use an already scheduled pick-up”. At time of shipment, you will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information.
Orders to Post Office boxes and to Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations are normally shipped through USPS, which does not support automated emailing of tracking information. Best method will be selected by Phoenix.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not ship using 3rd party account numbers or via UPS.
Free shipping on order of $150+ is only available for shipments within the continental United States. All other orders will be assessed the lowest priced shipping option.
Home Delivery vs. Ground Delivery:
Ground delivery is for shipments to a business address as recognized by FedEx. These rates are almost always lower than shipping to a residence. Customers who choose Ground Delivery to a Home Delivery address will be charged the FedEx Home Delivery rate plus a $2 processing fee.
Multiple item orders that include a Rush Production, Quick Ship, or X-out:
Orders that contain multiple items which are not all Rush Production, Quick Ship, or X-outs (or combination there-of) will be charged an additional shipping amount, as two shipments will be required. Phoenix will contact customer to collect payment for the 2nd shipment before shipping the additional non-expedited items.
Expedited Shipping versus Rush Production:
Choosing an expedited shipping method (ex. 2-day or overnight) does not include Rush Production. Rush Production must be selected during the item selection process. If you forgot to choose Rush Production, you many include a note during checkout requesting Rush Production (additional fees apply).

Returns & Replacements
Custom engraved bats are not returnable except as noted under the "Phoenix Challenge" program.
Iems that qualify for return under the "Phoenix Challenge" program are accepted for return within 10 business days from receipt date. Item must be shipped back within 15 business days, at the customer's expense, for a full refund less initial shipping cost.
Bats that have had the Phoenix logo removed or show evidence that the logo has been removed are not returnable.
Bats containing flaws in finish or in wood will be exchanged at Phoenix Bats' (PBC) expense. Phoenix Bats must be notified within 10 business days of receipt of any problem. At that time PBC may request visual evidence of the issue. Should PBC request the product be returned, a return authorization shipping label will be issued for shipment back in original packaging, at PBC's expense. Once received, and verified that the bat contains a flaw, the replacement bat will be shipped FedEx Ground within 2 business days at PBC's expense.
Orders may be placed on-line, via phone (877.598.2287), via fax (614.873.7796) and in-person.
All orders, except Quick Ships (coming soon) are made to order. Orders are entered in to production by date received.
There are two expedited production methods available under Rush Production, which insure you receive your customized bat in the fastest turn-around time possible. Additional fees apply for these two services.
Normal production time, from the time your order is placed until it is shipped, is as follows:
- January - March: 10 business days
- April - June: 15 business days
- July - December: 10 business days
We make best effort to get bats out sooner whenever possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At that time your order is placed, a hold for the total amount of your order will be placed on your credit card. On the day of shipping, your card will be charged and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment from FedEx.
Phoenix Bats current accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For security reasons, any order with different billing and shipping information that is not clearly discernable as the same person or family member there-of, is put on hold until verification can be made by Phoenix Bats staff. We are sorry for the inconvenience and insure your order will not lose its sequence in our production schedule.
Orders may also be paid for by personal check, money order, and cashier’s check. These orders will not be processed until payment has cleared. Please mail such payments to the address provided during checkout.
In-store pick-up is available for local customers or those visiting the Columbus, Ohio area. Payment must be entered at time of order entry, but may be changed at time of pick-up.

Promotions may be run periodically. There is no guarantee as to the timing and longevity of a promotion. Existing orders already in production and orders shipped do not qualify for re-pricing. Thanks for your understanding.
Please accept our apologies, but daily order status updates are not provided. The time we would spend updating the status of all orders would negatively impact our production efforts, diverting time away from fulfilling your made-to-order bat as fast as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
