Whether with the One-hand (over and under) or the PB43, if you are serious about hitting or give hitting instruction, you should consider spending part of your training time on one hand drills. The PB43 one hand drills bat is used just like our regular one hand bat for over/under drills and short bat drills. But, it has a bigger barrel for more over all weight and also more end weight.

The PB43 is modeled after the one used by one of the great hitting instructors in professional baseball Kevin Long of the Yankees. Needless to say, we're impressed with the results it can deliver.
